Feature Description
Web-Based with Inline Editing: Easy to deploy, setup, and administer and all you need is browser. Also, since InformUP is a Web-based application, you never have to install software or purchase special hardware for your local workstations. Upgrades are on one place, without you having to install patches or new drivers across your organization.
With InformUP you can make your changes directly from your search results and you don't need to navigate back and forth to and from an edit screen to make changes.

All your tracking needs are centralized into one customized and powerful dashboard. From the dashboard you can view statistics, charts and easily drill down to update and manage Cases.

Multiple Items Types: With InformUP you can manage multiple items like: requirments, tests, bugs & tasks. Each item is managed by a different window type and proper fields. Different tabs helps you to manage easily and effectivly the items.
Filters The filters are open for SQL query, gives the ability to run all qind of AND OR query including VB like Date(), Allows you to create just about any kind of report you might want.

Customizable Workflow Workflow capabilities allow you to define an issue's lifecycle to your business processes; When processes change, as they often do, you have the ability to adapt in very easy way. Use the status workflow to support any methodology you want.
Email & Email Notification With InformUP it is posible to get automatic email notification on different events inlcuding new Item created, item assigned to you, specific field was changed etc... In addition Email can be sent directly from the system.
Multiple Domains Allows you the ability to have multiple domains where each domain can see only the items created in his domain.
This feature allows you the ability to allow your clients reports pre-bugs to one centralize system, you can login to the system and check all pre-bugs entered (you can see all of them), your client will only see bugs he issued.
Full Customization You can create your own custom fields! The custom fields can be configured to be mandatory or optional, or if they should be available on the issues page or if they should be visible to customers.
Change History InformUP keeps a history log of all changes to items. This allows you to track what changed and when. Additionally you can generate Change Reports to show a list of items that have changed within a given period of time. This is useful for tracking and managing scope creep.
In addition Each record's discussion thread may contain as many comments as you need. Details size is unlimited. All comments and status are saved and logged in the system.
Personalization All windows view are customizable according to choice of columns and filter. User can define his own columns order and his own filter for each one of the tabs.
Structure InformUP is customizable to represent even the most complex product lines and workflow processes. Projects, roles and product structures can be defined and grouped to reflect your business models. InformUP can also break single cases into multiple parts that may be individually managed by status, assignment, or any other criteria.
Free Text Search In the top-menu you can always perform a Quick search on Title, Description, Issue ID and Issue history. The Quick search is performed in a really nice dialog without moving from your current page.
Custom Form Allows for the reporting of new items (such as bugs, tasks etc...) into the InformUP database via a custom form. This feature allows individuals to submit bugs or requests directly into your InformUP database without logging into the system.
File Attachment Item may contain attachments, such as screenshots, Excel spreadsheets, internal documents etc..., Attachments storage space is unlimited.
Role-Based Permission Ability to manage user roles and access for each project, it allows administrator to control and manage system permissions for either group of users or single.
Seamless MS-Office Export Export data to Excel, Word and Mail. 
Powerful Reports Track project progress using a variety of customizable reports.
Date Properties Track and prioritize requirements, bugs and tasks with 'start date', ‘due date' etc.
