• Get automatic email notification on different events inlcuding the next:
- Field Changed (i.e - Send notification on all items where owner's field was changed from specific user)
- Field Changed From (i.e - Send notification on all items where priority field changed from urgent)
- Field Changed To (i.e - Send notification on all items where severity field changed to critical)
- Field Equal To (i.e - Send notification on all items where changes related to specific component/product)
- Field is not Equal (i.e - Send notification on all items where changes related to product different than specific product)

• Email can be sent directly from items in the system. 

• Direct link from the email to open the item in the email.
