    Q: What are your hours and methods of support?

    A: Our technical support can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our billing and sales departments are available in the normal business hours. We offer email support only.

    Q: How do I order InformUP? How long does it take to get it?

    A: All orders are processed within one business day of receipt. You will receive your license by email and any other way you specify. You can place your order over our Website.

    Q: What database does InformUP use?

    A: The database is Access 2000 to 2003, You don't need Access to use InformUP with the default setting. InformUP installs all the components required to access the database for you.

    Q: Can I add users to an existing license?

    A: Yes. When you upgrade your license by adding users, we will give you a new License Code. The License Code specifies how many users are licensed. Then you just enter the new License Code into InformUP License Setup dialog.

    Q: What are the limitation of access?

    A: There are few limitations in access (none of them are critical for small-medium companies), Size limitation - 2 gigabytes ( 10000 bugs will take about 30MB), concurrent users 255 (In InformUP the limitation is much higher due to users are connected to the database via the server).

    Q: Is Access is good enough ?

    A: The main advantages in using access are: Cost effective, Make it easy to install and start working, Backup is very easy (Just copying the informup directory), Access is part of Office, and integrates with other popular Office programs.
